What information will you get from it?
T-Stats generates monthly data that includes:
- Room occupancy rates
- Bed occupancy rates
- Average guests per room
- Average room revenue
This data can be presented in many different ways, and the choice is all yours. Some examples include:
- Location of accommodation establishment
- Type of accommodation establishment (hotels, guest houses, etc)
- Size of establishment (measured by the number of rooms)
One of the most powerful features is the ability to compare all these indicators across different groups of accommodation. For example you can compare 5-Star Hotel performance in one area with 5-Star Hotel performance in another area, and so on.
